Clenzology Hand & Body Soap lets you thoroughly clean under your fingernails each time you wash your hands. Formulated to promote healthy skin and nails, Clenzology Hand & Body Soap contains no artificial coloring or scents, and is rich in essential oils, moisturizers and emollients. Not just for hand cleansing, this soap is also excellent for washing your entire body, including your face.

• Starting with dry hands, firmly press your thumb and fingers into the soap several times using a "stabbing" motion, making sure the soap extends over your cuticles.
• Rub excess soap over your cuticles, fingertips and hands.
• Wet hands under running water, lather for at least 15 seconds, then rinse. Use daily in this manner each time you wash your hands, especially upon waking and before bed.
• To wash your face, simply use your soapy hands to apply the soap to your face and wash as you normally would. Avoiding eyes.
• Washing with Clenzology Hand & Body Soap in the bath or shower is the ultimate in luxurious, healthy and natural skin cleansing. Rub the Clenzology natural sponge over the top of the soap, creating a rich lather. Then use the soapy sponge to cleanse your entire body.
• For maximum moisturizing and skin enhancement, leave the lather on your skin for a few minutes before rinsing it off.

Clenzology provides two uniquely formulated Facial Solutions (AM and PM), to thoroughly cleanse the mucous membranes of your eyes and nasal passageways. For optimal results, use the solutions each day (AM in the morning, PM at night) as described below.

Facial Solutions AM and PM both have several levels of use, each with increasing benefit and efficacy. For many, learning to use the Facial Solutions to their fullest benefit will take very little time. We recommend taking your time and moving at your own pace and comfort through this learning process.

LEVEL 1:
Begin by immersing your face (with eyes closed) into freshly prepared solution until your eyes and nose are covered. Pause, then remove your face from the solution. If required, blow your nose into a tissue.

LEVEL 2:
As you become more comfortable with the process and sensation of using the Facial Solutions, try blinking your eyes at least once while face is immersed. This allows the solution to flush out the membranes around your eyes. If you're uncomfortable opening your eyes underwater, relax and as rapidly as you can, blink once. You'll see this becomes easier each time.

LEVEL 3:
As your level of familiarity and comfort continues to grow, try blinking your eyes several times slowly while your face is immersed in the solution. Or, simply leave your eyes open for a few seconds at a time. At this stage, you received the maximum benefit of Facial Solution cleansing for your eyes.

Repeat any or all of these steps as needed or desired to achieve maximum cleansing.

IMPORTANT: Once you have completed Step 2, DO NOT open your eyes again in the solution as you move on to Step 3.

LEVEL 1:
After you've completed Step 2, immerse your face in the prepared Facial Solution and with your eyes closed, blow out through your nose making bubbles. Remove your face from the solution, use a tissue to blow your nose and dry your face with a clean towel.

LEVEL 2:
As you become more comfortable using the Facial Solutions, try allowing the solution to gently flush back into your nasal passageways without actively inhaling. Exhale through your nose, remove your face from the solution, blow your nose into a tissue and dry your face with a clean towel.

LEVEL 3:
As your level of familiarity and comfort continues to grow, try inhaling slowly to draw the solution into your nose, then exhale. When you're finished, remove your face from the solution, blow your nose into a tissue and dry your face with a clean towel. At this stage, you are receiving the maximum benefit of Facial Solution cleansing for your nasal passageways.

Repeat any or all of these steps as needed or desired to achieve maximum cleansing.

Clenzology Tooth and Gum Solution maintains your mouth's natural ecology, cleansing the mouth without any sugar, fluoride, chalk, detergents, flavorings, harsh chemicals or abrasives.

• Add 2-3 Tooth & Gum Solution drops to your toothbrush and brush teeth normally for at least one minute.
• Because the tongue can be a repository for germs and toxins, it is important to brush your tongue for 10-15 seconds, especially first thing in the morning.
• Use 2-3 times per day for maximum results
• To use as a mouth rinse, add one to two drops of Tooth & Gum Solution to one to two ounces of water, gargle and rinse.

For best results, use the Tooth & Gum Solution first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. This prevents you from swallowing germs and toxins that have accumulated on the tongue overnight.

Clenzology Ear Solution works quickly to clean the ear canal and reduce the buildup of excess ear wax.

• Place 3 drops of the Ear Solution in ear while lying down or tilting your head to the side.
• Hold drops in ear for 1 minute.
• Use 2-3 times per week during your evening Clenzology session.
• Clenzology Ear Solution can be used at any time to help maintain optimum health.

NOTE: Some bubbling or mild stinging may occur. Wait for bubbling and stinging to subside (usually 5 to 10 minutes), then drain into tissue and repeat in other ear.

• Through continued use, you'll learn how much soap to leave on your fingers as you remove them from the container. The less you leave on your hands, the longer your supply of soap will last.
• Remember, wetting your hands before putting them into the soap will significantly soften the soap.
• If you dedicate one container of soap for use in the bath or shower, it will last longer.
• Replace lid after each use.

• Add 2 half-droppers* of Facial Solution AM or PM to a bowl of 2-4 quarts of very warm water (as warm as is comfortable).
  • Facial Solutions may be prepared in a bowl or standard sink.
  • If using a sink, you must begin by thoroughly cleaning and rinsing the sink with very warm or hot water.
• Add 1-3 tablespoons of table salt or sea salt (available at any grocery or drug store). Salt balances solution and should not be omitted.
• Allow water to do the mixing; do not use fingers.

*The droppers for Solutions AM and PM can only be filled halfway.

• Clean face or remove make-up prior to using Facial Solution for best results.
• Always prepare a fresh batch of Facial Solution for each use, and never share your prepared Facial Solution with someone else.
• If one nostril is partially blocked, while immersed in the Facial Solution, close the open nostril and slowly inhale to draw the diluted Facial Solution up the blocked nostril. Then exhale. Repeat this procedure until both nostrils are clear. Be sure to have some tissues handy to blow your nose.
• Facial Solution PM is the strongest formulation. At the first hint that you're having trouble with allergens or pollution, or have been in a suspect environment such as an airplane or a large congested crowd, you can replace your scheduled Facial Solution AM with Facial Solution PM for maximum cleansing.
• If needed or desired, you can use the facial cleansing procedure two to three times a day, or even every hour to speed up the cleansing process.
• To make it even harder for germs to adapt to the Facial Solutions, vary the dilution of the solutions and the amount of salt. Following the procedure described under Facial Solution Prep, these variations are recommended:
  • Facial Solution AM: Vary between one and three droppers of solution*.
  • Facial Solution PM:  Vary between one and three droppers of solution*.
  • Vary between 1-3 tablespoons of table salt or sea salt (sea salt is best).

*The droppers for Solutions AM and PM can only be filled halfway.

Warnings:

• Do not use products if safety seals are broken. Consult your healthcare practitioner regarding use by children or anyone with a medical condition.
• Clenzology Hand and Body Soap is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, flush eyes immediately with water.
• Clenzology Facial Solutions must be diluted as directed before use. If swallowed undiluted, call poison control for assistance. If you are pregnant or have a history of thyroid problems consult with your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
• If your physician has advised against swimming with your face underwater for a period of time, use of the Facial and Ear Solutions should be avoided during that time period. Should you have any concerns, always consult your healthcare practitioner.
• Clenzology Ear Solution is NOT intended for use in the eyes. If eye contact does occur, flush immediately with water. If you are prone to or suffer from ear infections or are advised not to swim in a pool please consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
